Sometimes we forget our passwords. If your having issues signing in, make sure that you have not made any typing errors and that no auto-fill is not activated if your password is case sensitive.
If all else fails please do the following:
- Go to the web platform sign in page.
- Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
- Enter your email address and confirm to receive a password reset email.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
- Enter your new password on the reset password page.
- If your password was successfully accepted you will receive a notice on the page.
- Go to sign in and sign in with your new password.
